Tim Walther – President, Grand Dynamics
Tim Walther is the visionary leader of Grand Dynamics, Inc., an international training and development company based in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Business Psychology and a Master of Science in Experiential Education focused on Leadership Studies and Organizational Development.
Tim is an avid rock climber and mountaineer, with notable ascents nationally including El Capitan in Yosemite National Park and the Grand Traverse in Grand Teton National Park. His passion for mountaineering and all around outdoor adventure keeps the experiential learning process as the hallmark of Grand Dynamics’ services. His results-based focus and integration of business acumen and peak performance strategies makes him a sought-after speaker and, more importantly, authority on successful, experiential leadership implementation.
Tim travels the world to climb mountains and seek out adventure. In January 2007 he embarked on an international tour through Nepal, Cambodia, Thailand, and Russia. This trip, dubbed Asia Actualization, culminated in a first ascent of a remote 1000-foot wall in Southern Cambodia. This first ascent was featured in Climbing Magazine’s annual EPIC edition, recognized as an incredible feat with his dynamic ascent-team. Along his travels, Tim interviewed people from around the world on the concept of Self Actualization and what it takes to live to one’s true potential. The result? The Spirit of Mokwai: A dynamic, engaging Keynote Speech that combines tales of adventure travel, a first ascent, and insight as to how we can all explore our true potential. Recently Tim’s international exploits took him to Morocco, where he was attacked by camels in the Sahara Desert and climbed remote rock climbing routes. While there, Tim delivered an international training program for Arabic managers of SOS Orphanage, who came from throughout Morocco for his training program.
