South Africa’s president, Jacob Zuma, cited a Zulu term – “Ubuntu,” which refers to the importance of community – in saying Obama’s “leadership reflects the true spirit of Ubuntu because your approach celebrates our common humanity.”

    Hey Walther! Not only did Jacob Zuma reference Ubuntu but so did Prince Cedza Dlamini at a recent conference I attended. Prince Dlamini is the grandson of Nelson Mandela and has created the Ubuntu Institute. I got the chance to speak with him and share how grand dynamics uses the incredible spirit of Ubuntu to empower clients!
